【摘要】 目的:探讨内蒙古包头地区汉族、蒙族人群中肿瘤坏死因子β(tumor necrosis factor beta,TNFβ)1 069位点等位基因多态性与慢性肾功能衰竭的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术对慢性肾功能衰竭患者58例及正常对照85例TNFβ基因的单碱基突变多态性进行了分析。结果:慢性肾功能衰竭患者的TNFβ*2等位基因频率(71.6%)较正常人(55.8%)明显升高(RR=0.504,P<0.01)。结论:TNFβ*2等位基因频率与慢性肾功能衰竭发病易患性相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of TNFβ and chronic renal failure among Han and Mongol ethic Chinese in Inner Mongolia autonomous region.Methods:The single base change polymorphism in TNFβ gene was detected among 58 chronic renal failure patients and 85 controls by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).Results:The gene frequency of the TNFβ*2(71.6%)was significantly higher in chronic renal failure patients than that in the normal controls(55.8%,RR=0.504,P<0.01).Conclusion:TNFβ*2 allelic frequency is associated with chronic renal failure.更多还原
