鱼纲动物鲤鱼和两栖纲动物牛蛙血红蛋白自身不相互作用的研究及其进化意义
A Study of Self-interaction Absence of Hemoglobin in Pisces Cyprinu Carpio and Amphibia Rana Catesbeiana and Its Significance for Evolution of Species
【摘要】 目的:研究鱼纲动物鲤鱼和两栖纲动物牛蛙血红蛋白自身的相互作用。方法:淀粉-琼脂糖混合凝胶交叉电泳。结果:鲤鱼、牛蛙的血红蛋白自身在“直接交叉”、“穿过”、“兜过”实验电泳过程中均未出现扭曲现象。结论:鲤鱼、牛蛙的血红蛋白自身不相互作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the self-interaction of hemoglobin in Pisces Cyprinus carpio and Amphibia Rana catesbeiana.Methods: Cross electrophoresis of agarose-starch mixed gel was used in these experiments.Results: There was no contorting phenomenon of hemoglobin in Pisces Cyprinus carpio and Amphibia Rana catesbeiana in the the course of "direct chiasma"、"crossing" and "surrounding" experimentation.Conclusion: There is no self-interaction of hemoglobin in Pisces Cyprinus carpio and Amphibia Rana catesbeiana.
