NOE信号与溶液黏度相关性的研究
A STUDY ON CORRELATION BETWEEN NUCLEAR OVERHAUSER EFFECT AND SOLVENT VISCIDITY
【摘要】 通过1D-GOESY实验观察了温度对NOE效应(nuclear Overhauser effect)的影响.实验结果表明NOE信号特征与溶液黏度之间存在着某种特定的关系.利用相关时间对两者之间存在的这种关系进行了解释.实验结果可为NOE实验体系的条件选择和谱图解析提供依据.
【Abstract】 A group of 1D-GOESY is performed under a variety of temperatures.The experimental results show that there is a unique relation between the characteristic of NOE signal and the viscidity of the solution.With the molecular correlation time,this phenomenon is discussed.The experimental results can be used as a reference for the selection of experimental conditions and the analysis of the spectrum in NOE experiments.
