【摘要】 目的观察腰椎间盘摘除术后采取综合性措施对预防椎间隙感染的临床效果。方法预防腰椎间盘摘除术后椎间隙感染的综合措施包括术前、术中、术后三阶段的多项措施。将329例腰椎间盘摘除术后患者分为两组,观察组在常规处置的基础上采取综合性预防措施,对照组采取常规处置措施。比较两组椎间隙感染发生情况。结果对照组148例次腰椎间盘摘除术后7例出现椎间隙感染,感染发生率为4.73%;观察组183例腰椎间盘摘除术后l例出现椎间隙感染,感染发生率为0.55%,有显著统计学差异。结论综合性预防措施能有效降低腰椎间盘摘除术后椎间隙感染的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assesses the effects of comprehensive measures to prevent postoperative intervertebral infection.Methods The comprehensive measures to prevent postoperative intervertebral infection cover three different phases,which include preoperative,operation period and postoperative.329 cases are divided into two groups: experimental group got comprehensive preventive measures,control group did not.The occurrence of intervertebral infection between these two groups was compared.Results The occurrence of postoperative intervertebral infection in experimental group was lower than that in control group.Conclusion The comprehensive preventing measures can effectively lower the occurrence of postoperative intervertebral infection.更多还原
