【Abstract】 The article demonstrated the necessity of using modern vibration monitoring technology on the safety monitoring of industry emulsifier production line. The first on-line combined vibration and technical parameter monitoring system for emulsifier was introduced,including principle,hardware design,software’s function and specialty,and the running status at present.
