图书馆员隐性知识的挖掘与共享
Librarians’ Tacit Knowledge and Its Sharing
【摘要】 文章全面介绍了图书馆员的隐性知识及其相关特点,深入分析了其知识共享的障碍,并最终提出了解决这些问题的可行措施。
【Abstract】 In this paper the author tries to define the tacit knowledge of librarians and analyze the characteristics of this kind of knowledge,and then discusses the barriers of their knowledge sharing.In the last,the author tries to put forward some measure to solve the problem.
