鼠李糖脂表面活性剂的制备及产生菌的筛选
Production of Rhamnolipid Bio-surfactantsants Separation of Pseudomonas
【摘要】 以含菌油田地层水在平板上划线分离,挑取生长旺盛的单菌落经过反复分离纯化,用血平板、油平板筛选具有表面活性剂生产能力的菌株,再以排油法结合表面张力测定,最终分离出来一株高产糖脂类表面活性剂细菌,经初步鉴定为假单胞菌,表面活性物质经鉴定为鼠李糖脂,具有良好的表面活性,发酵液中鼠李糖脂浓度为1.95g/L,表面张力低于30mN/m。
【Abstract】 Metabolism of bacteria can be used as surfactants are separated from oil field water by purified methods of oil spreading and blood agar.The surface tension of water that can be measured is reduced by the bacteria metabolism.The main metabolism is rhamnolipid that is a kind of good bio-surfactant and the bacteria belongs to pseudomonas.The concentration of rhamnolipid in leavening reaches to 1.95g/L and the surface tension of water is reduced to 30mN/m.
