Cr-B-Ni-W-V系堆焊合金的组织性能及耐磨机理
Structure Property and Wear-resistant Mechanism of the Alloys Elements of Cr-B-Ni-W-V
【摘要】 采用碳弧堆焊方法,通过堆焊层中合金元素的设计,成功研制了一种适用于抗磨料磨损条件下的堆焊合金,合金系统为Cr-B-N i-W-V。该堆焊合金的抗磨料磨损性能很优异。系统地研究了Cr、B、W、V等合金元素提高堆焊层抗磨料磨损的能力及其对堆焊层组织性能的影响规律和耐磨机理,并最终确定了各合金元素的最佳质量分数。
【Abstract】 Through the design of the alloy elements in the overlay welding horizon,a new kind of alloy for wear-resistant successfully with the carbon arc overlay welding is studied which is Cr-B-Ni-W-V alloy system.The overlay welded alloy has super wear resistance.The effect of alloy elements on the deposited metal and ability for improving wear resistance,such as Cr,B,W,V is studied systematically.And the best percentage composition of the alloying agent is defined eventually.
