在自来水中绿色碳钢缓蚀剂的研究
Study on Green Inhibitor for Carbon Steel in the Tap Water
【摘要】 主要通过挂片法和交流阻抗谱法研究中性自来水介质中钼酸钠、苯并三氮唑及它们之间的复配,分析了钼酸钠与苯并三氮唑可能的缓蚀机理以及其最佳浓度组合。试验结果表明,温度越高,碳钢的腐蚀越严重,温度对其腐蚀的影响较大;腐蚀速度总趋势是随着时间的推移逐渐减小的;钼酸钠在一定用量时对碳钢具有一定的缓蚀作用,随着药剂用量的增加,缓蚀作用增强,把钼酸钠与苯并三氮唑混合使用时用量小,且缓蚀效果好,比较合适的配比为0.0004mol/L钼酸钠加0.0002mol/L苯并三氮唑。
【Abstract】 The synergistic effects of sodium molybdate-BTA inhibitor on carbon steel in tap water environment are investigated by experiments of weight loss and EIS.The possible inhibition mechanism is analyzed and the best combination of consistence is educed.The experiment result shows that the higher the temperature is,the higher the ration of corrosion is;ration of corrosion is gradually reduced along with process of time;sodium molybdate has stated corrosion result for carbon steel in determinate dosage and function of corrosion is boosting up along with increasing of dosage of corrosion inhibitor; when sodium molybdate and BTA are mixed,their dosage is degressive and their appropriate formula is 0.0004mol/L sodium molybdate and 0.0002mol/L BTA.
