多向纤维缠绕机缠绕线型及其控制系统的设计
DESIGN OF WINDING PATTERN AND ELECTRIC CONTROL SYSTEM OF MULTIDIRECTIONAL FILAMENT WINDING MACHINE
【摘要】 首先对多向纤维缠绕机的结构特性及工作原理进行了概述,然后分别对轴向缠绕、环向缠绕、螺旋向缠绕等的缠绕线型规律进行了分析与计算,并以实现多向纤维缠绕线型为目的,对其相应的控制系统进行了设计。这些为多向纤维缠绕复合材料制品的制造工艺提供了理论上的指导。
【Abstract】 The structure characteristics of the multidirectional filament winding machine are introduced.And then,the analysis and calculation are made for the winding pattern design of axial,hoop and helical filament winding.At last,the corresponding control system is introduced based on the accomplishment of the multidirectional filament winding process.These provide a theoretical basis for the manufacturing process of the multidirectional filament wound composite products.
