原位聚合PS/纳米MoS2复合材料的制备及其性能
IN-SITU PREPARATION AND PERFORMANCE OF POLYSTYRENE/MOS2 COMPOSITES
【摘要】 用过氧化二苯甲酰做引发剂,聚乙烯醇做分散剂,以苯乙烯为单体,采用原位聚合的方法制备聚苯乙烯(PS)/纳米二硫化钼(MoS2)复合材料。应用示差扫描量热法(DSC)分析了不同MoS2含量时复合材料的热稳定性和玻璃化温度Tg;用高阻计测试了不同MoS2含量时复合材料的电性能。结果表明,加入MoS2,PS的Tg提高;且随着MoS2含量的增加,PS基体的热稳定性和玻璃化温度趋于稳定;复合材料的体积电阻率随着MoS2含量的增大而急剧降低,MoS2的含量增大到20%左右时,复合材料的体积电阻率达到108Ω.cm,已符合抗静电的要求。
【Abstract】 Polystyrene/nano-molybdenum disulfide composites were prepared by in-situ polymerization,using dibenzoyl peroxide(BPO) as initiator,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as dispersant and styrene as monomer.Thermal stability and melting point of the composites were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The composites showed enhanced thermal stability and glass transition temperature,however,which were changed little as the content of MoS2 increasing.The volume resistivity of composites were characterized by high ohmmeter,and the results showed sharply reduced volume resistivity,but it was changed little after the content of molybdenum disulfide was enhanced to 20 percent.The maximal volume resistivity is 108Ω·cm.
