【摘要】 在研究业务服务质量监测需求的基础上,提出了一种基于业务等级规范(SLS)的服务质量(QoS)监测机制,该机制采用基于SLS层、网络层和网元层分层监测的方式,依据SLS信息进行业务的服务质量监测和评估,其结构高效、灵活,且易于扩展.介绍了一种综合考虑服务质量的主观和客观因素,使用监测参数连续越界的概念判断服务质量一致性违约的方法,定义了业务满意度的量化表示方法.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on study of requirement for service QoS(quality of service) monitoring,a SLS-based(service level specification based) QoS monitoring mechanism was proposed.The QoS monitoring of specific services and the assessment of QoS according to their SLSs were performed with the mechanism.With higher efficience,flexibility and scalablity,there exist SLS layer,network layer and node layer in the so called layered-based mechanism architecture.In addition,when considering both subjective and objective facts of QoS,the violation of QoS consistency was presented according to continuous degradation of performance indexes.The quantitative representation of service satisfaction level was also defined.更多还原
