【Abstract】 Aimed at the issue that engineering papers should pay more attention to backgrounds and applications,the authors suggest that the editors of engineering journals gain on the amount of their engineering knowledge,strengthen reviews on the part of whether the research contents of the paper contain engineering backgrounds and applications,and thus reach a new standard where its readability and direction of point is concerned.更多还原
