【Abstract】 The significance of the establishment of secret provisions in Instructions for Authors in sci-tech periodicals is expounded.Based on the analysis of the establishment of secret provisions in Instructions for Authors in sci-tech periodicals in Guangdong,the security hadn’t been gained great attention.Some beneficial proposals for improvement in the process of periodical editing and publishing are stated.An editor should strengthen the authors’ secret consciousness,define the maintaining secret scope according to the secret ordinances,laws and regulations,and make clear the measure and ways of maintaining secrecy.更多还原
