【Abstract】 The reform of Chinese football sport management system is an important topic in sport field."The new football nationwide system" is the main idea of this article,stemming from the transformation of government’s function,which mainly propose to separate the football management center and Chinese football association and change all sorts of malpractices initiated by the Chinese football association "same staff,two titles" at present,in order to achieve the double driving effect of both government and the market.This article proposes the plan of setting up the standing national football team and his echelon,the national team participating in Chinese super football professional league matches,reforming the system of football talented person circulation and league matches system,and so on,in order to display the superiority of the football market in the foundation,rapidly raise the Chinese football level,build a formidable national football team,and set up the Chinese people’s confidence again.更多还原
