【Abstract】 With the improvement of the level of Sanda,shortcomings caused by the previous rule,was discovered,such as tactical monotony,too much embrace without wrestling and lacked aspiring attacking.The new rule which has affected the technique a lot was implemented in 2004 resulted in the balance of the three leading arts.It had been changed that the winner wined the games only by the low side kick combined to the straight fist or just by wrestling.The new rule paid much attention to players’ strength and the substantial results of the movements,which had altered the condition of winning the point without force.更多还原
