【Abstract】 In the period of the social transition,which parts of the athletic items were transformed into professional and marketable by the government,currently a large number of athletes considered that the labor and capital conflict was more serious in the our professional athletic development,and feel deeply especially for the labor and capital conflict of the professional private clubs.However,as to the influences of athletic mentality and behavior,the opinions that the athletes treated the labor and capital conflicts in the state professional club were much more obvious.It should be given the sufficient recognition,because the athletic attitude of the labor and capital conflict,the satisfaction,social justice,the collective estimation of the social conflict,conflictive behavior trend will bring the influence.更多还原
