【摘要】 目前我国国家队管理模式种类较多,其中集体领导方式占多数,但不同项目管理模式选择有一定差异,不同管理模式也存在各自的优劣势。对不同项目队的分析表明,模式选择受多因素影响,尤其与运动队权威领导的个人素质和项目特点有关。因此不同项目国家队管理模式的选择要考虑多方面因素。建议多数国家队要采取队委会领导下的分工负责制,特殊项目要根据具体情况做出选择。但不同管理模式在实际运行过程中要注意解决好不同的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,there are many types of administration models in national sport teams,among which majority are collective leadership-oriented.However,the choices of administration models of various sports are different from each other,and different administration models possess their own advantages and disadvantages.According to the analysis on the different sport teams,the choices of models are influenced by many factors,particularly related to the personal quality of authorities in the sport team and sport characteristics.Therefore,multi-dimensional factors should be considered in the choices of administration model of different national sport teams.It has been suggested that a majority of national teams should adopt task-oriented responsibility system under the leadership of team committee,and that special sports should choose based on the specific situation.Nevertheless,different administration models should solve the different problems in the practical operation.更多还原
