【摘要】 为了探讨三宝胶囊对大运动量训练大鼠血清睾酮(T)、皮质酮(Cort)、黄体生成素(LH)含量及运动能力的影响。将雄性SD大鼠37只,随机分为:安静对照组(C);中药对照组(M);运动组(T);中药运动组(M+T)。中药组和中药运动组分别灌服三宝胶囊,运动组与中药运动组进行8周大运动量训练。于第7周末进行力竭性运动实验,第8周末次训练后18 h取样测定血清睾酮、皮质酮、黄体生成素含量。结果发现:1)服用三宝胶囊的中药运动组大鼠游泳至力竭的时间比单纯运动组延长了38.12%(P<0.01)。2)大运动量训练后18 h,T组大鼠血清睾酮仍处于较低水平(P<0.01);M+T组血清睾酮水平显著上升(P<0.05)。3)T组血清Cort水平显著增高(P<0.05),M+T组有降低趋势,但无统计学意义。4)T组T/Cort比值明显下降(P<0.01),M+T组T/Cort比值明显增高(P<0.01)。5)T组血清LH明显升高(P<0.05),M+T组LH基本维持在正常水平。表明:大运动量训练机体长时期服用三宝胶囊能促使血睾酮水平的提高,防止因大运动量训练导致的睾酮/皮质酮比值下降,有助于延缓大运动量训练疲劳的产生,促进恢复,提高运动能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of the study was to explore the effects of taking Sanbao capsule to intensive-trained rats’ concentration of serum testosterone,cortisol and luteotropic hormone and ability of movement.37 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: the sedentary control group(C),the Chinese-medicine-taken group(M),the trained group(T),the Chinese-medicine-taken and trained group(M+T).Rats of groups M and M+T were individually forced to take Sanbao capsule,and those of T and M+T were intensively trained for 8 weeks.The exhaustive exercise was taken at the end of the 7 th week.18 hours after the last train of the 8 th week,all rats were sacrificed to measure the concentration of serum testosterone,cortisol and luteotropic hormone.The result showed that rats of the M+T group swam 38.12% longer than those of the T group(P<0.01);the concentration of serum testosterone in rats of the T group remained relatively lower(P<0.01),while those of M+T group were remarkably rising(P<0.05);the concentration of serum,cortisol in rats of the T group went up instinctively(P<0.05),and it in rats of the M+T group were tend to go down,however there was no significant difference;the testosterone/cortisol ratio in rats of the T group went down(P<0.01),nevertheless it went up(P<0.01) among rats of the M+T group;the concentration of serum luteotropic hormone in rats of the T group grew remarkably higher(P<0.05),while it in rats of the M+T group remained usual.It was suggested that taking Sanbao capsule could increase the concentration of serum testosterone,protect the testosterone/cortisol ratio from going down,delay the tiredness,accelerate the recovery and improve the sports ability.更多还原
