长时间有氧运动中呼吸商与糖脂供能比例的研究
Research on the Contribution of Fat and Glycogen to the Energy Supply in Terms of RQ during the Long-distance Aerobic Exercise
【摘要】 对24名运动训练专业1年级的男大学生进行80min有氧步行的运动实验,运动强度控制在相对耗氧量为29~31ml.min-1.kg-1的范围内。发现运动的前10 min RQ上升的斜率大,在第11~80 min的运动中,RQ在0.9~0.85的范围内呈逐渐下降的变化趋势,糖的供能比例平均由65%逐渐下降至51%,这一结果与爱德华.L.FOX论述的在有氧运动的第30 min左右糖、脂供能比例在50%的水平上形成交叉的观点相比,变化趋势相同,但变化的速率缓慢,运动到第80 min,脂肪的供能比例仍低于50%。
【Abstract】 80 minutes aerobic walking exercise was conducted among 24 male college students respectively.The intensity of movement controlled within 29-31ml.min-1.kg-1of Relative Oxygen uptake value.It was found that a slope to a higher point in the first 10 minutes.This Chemophysiological phenomenon can be called as "the accelerating stage of Carbohydrated Oxidation".During the following 11-80 minutes,RQ began to descend by degrees.The proportionate rate of energy supply by glucogen dropped at average of 65% to 51%.This result conflicts with the theory of Edwards Fox who indicated that the overlapping in 50% degrees of the proportionate supply of energy about glucogen and fat of aerobic exercise in 30 minutes.The tendency of changes was similar,but changing speed was slow.The proportionate rate of energy from fat was still lower than 50% until 80minutes.
