经颅磁刺激中大鼠真实头模型感应电场分布的研究
Analysis of the Distribution of Induced Electric Fields During Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Using the Real Rat’s Head Model
【摘要】 经颅磁刺激是一种利用时变磁场产生的感应电流刺激大脑的技术,现在已经广泛地应用于精神疾病的治疗及脑功能的研究。本文建立了经颅磁刺激中大鼠真实头模型,并利用有限元方法计算了模型中感应电场的空间分布情况。该模型可用于动物实验方案的设计和实验结果的解释。
【Abstract】 Transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS) is a technique to stimulate the neuron by changing magnetic fields that induce a flow of current in the brain.Now it is widely used in the treatment of psychiatric disorders and brain research.A real rat’s head model during transcranial magnetic stimulation is presented.And the analysis is carried out to calculate the spatial distribution of the electric field by finite elements method.This model is a useful tool for the scheme designing experiment in animal and interpreting result.
