医学图像非刚性配准研究进展

【摘要】 医学图像非刚性的配准在医学诊断和治疗计划中起着重要的作用,学者们为此提出了各种非刚性配准算法。本文首先分析了非刚性配准的必要性;接着介绍了近年来提出的典型非刚性配准算法,给出了这些方法的基本原理及研究进展,最后对非刚性配准的发展方向进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Non_rigid registration plays an important role in medical diagnosis and therapy scheme. Scholars bring forward of algorithms many kinds. Firstly, this paper analyses the essentiality of non_rigid registration. Secondly, presents the recent algorithms of non_rigid registration, and summarized their fundamental principles and research progress. Thirdly, demonstrates applications of non_rigid registration in medical images from three different properties. Finally, some prospects of possible research are given.
