【Abstract】 Despite a short period in development, the commercial real estate (CRE) grows rapidly in China. This essay starts from the narrow sense of commercial real estate, i.e. the properties used for the commercial purpose in circulation service industry. Then it analyzes the types of commercial real estate, the evolution and stages for the development of commercial real estate.
