【Abstract】 The "Prospering Northeast Economy" strategy is a wise policy of Chinese Central government. However, northeast economy might encounter the negative influences from northeast-region cultures in the process of prospering northeast economy. This essay indicates that some non-economy northeast-region cultures include institutional culture, championship culture, family culture and strong administrative power culture, all of which are unfavorable to the execution of "Prospering Northeast Economy" strategy. It presents that great concerns must be paid to these cultures to overcome such negative influences so that the northeast economy can realize the prosperity.更多还原
