银杏营养贮藏蛋白质的电泳及细胞学研究

【摘要】 采用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术和电子显微技术,对银杏不同部位的营养贮藏蛋白质组分及其动态变化规律进行了研究.结果表明,银杏营养贮藏蛋白质主要存在于枝条的皮层和木质部中;当年生枝条含量高于二年生枝条,皮层的含量高于木质部;枝条中营养贮藏蛋白质组分主要为36、32、28、23、18和15kD的蛋白质;银杏营养贮藏蛋白质的动态变化分为积累和降解两个阶段,5月中旬新叶形成后即开始积累,12月份达到最高,翌年春季降解满足芽的萌发,至4月上旬逐渐消失.

【Abstract】 The fraction of vegetative storage protein(VSP) in different parts of Ginkgo biloba and its annual dynamic changing rules were studied by the technology of SDS-PAGE and microscope. Results showed that VSP localized mainly in cortex and xylem of branches but not in leaves. The content of VSPs in one-year-old branch was higher than that of two-year-old branch, moreover the content of VSPs in cortex was higher than that of xylem. The fractions of VSP in branches included 36,32,28,23,18 and 15 kD.The annual dynamic change was divided into two phases of accumulation term and degradation term, and VSP began to be accumulated in branches when new leaves formed in the middle ten days of May, whose content ammounted to the most in December, which was degraded to meet the need of new shoots sprouting in the next spring and disappeared gradually untill the first ten days of April.
