【摘要】 尽管我国的林业投资已有较大幅度的增长,但其与林业生态环境建设面临的形势,以及林业产业建设肩负的任务相比还存在突出的矛盾。投资不足仍然是制约我国林业发展的主要因素之一。因此,拓宽融资渠道是实现林业可持续发展的关键。该文在分析林业投融资现状及存在问题的基础上,从商品林和公益林两个方面分析了现有的融资渠道,并针对两者的特点,提出了不同的拓展融资渠道的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Although investment in forestry has greatly increased,fund shortage still dominates compared with the situation of forestry ecosystem construction and the responsibility shouldered by forestry industry.It will continue to be one of the key factors in restricting the development of forestry for a long time in the future.Hence,what should be emphasized is how to expand financing channels so as to promote the sustainable development of forestry.On the basis of analyzing the present situation and existing problems of forestry investment and finance,this paper analyzes the prevailing financing channels through two different aspects of commodity forest and public welfare forest,and deliberates the methods of developing financing channels for each category of forests.更多还原
