基于小波包分析的三维宽场显微图像复原方法

【摘要】 提出了基于小波包分析的三维宽场显微图像复原新方法.分析了小波包分析在信号去噪中所具有灵活精确的局部解析能力;简述了具有较强超分辨复原能力的最大似然法(PML法).采用小波包分析进行去噪预处理,再用PML算法对三维图像进行复原.实验结果表明,三维宽场显微图像散焦信息的干扰得到有效排除,噪声得到有效抑制,信噪比得到明显改善,图像复原获得了较好的效果.

【Abstract】 Proposes a new method for the restoration of 3D image of wide-field microscope based on wavelet packet analysis denoising.Flexibility and the precise ability of local analysis in wavelet packet analysis during signal denoising are analyzed.The maximum-likelihood image-restoration algorithm(PML) is depicted as having super-resolution restoration ability.The wavelet packet is adopted to make denoising pretreatment first,and then the 3D image is restored by the PML algorithm.Experimental results show that the disturbance from the out-of-focus light in 3D microscopic images is greatly suppressed,noise effectively restrained,the definition and the SNR are obviously improved,and better effect of image restoration is obtained.
