【摘要】 目的利用颏顶位片分析安氏Ⅲ类偏颌患者下颌对称性。方法选择安氏Ⅰ类无偏颌及安氏Ⅲ类偏颌患者各20名,比较其颏顶位片上、下颌骨及磨牙在水平向及前后向上的差异。结果安氏Ⅲ类偏颌患者髁突、下颌体、下牙弓相对于颅底与Ⅰ类错相比,其对称性均有显著性差异。结论安氏Ⅲ类偏颌患者在恒牙早期已经出现比较明显的骨骼畸形,应对该类患者进行早期治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the asymmetry of the mandible in Class Ⅲ malocclusion with mandible deviation using submental-vertex radiograph. Methods Mandibular asymmetry was compared between a group of 20 subjects exhibiting Class Ⅲ malocclusion with mandible deviation and another 20 subjects with Class I malocclusion who served as the control group. With submental-vertex radiographs, symmetry was assessed by measuring the relative difference in spatial position of mandibular landmarks in both anteroposterior and transverse dimensions as determined by coordinate systems representing the cranial floor. Results Relative to the cranial floor, the asymmetries of the condyle , the mandible and dentition were significant in Class Ⅲ malocclusion. Conclusion Skeletal asymmetry occurred in the early stage of permanent dentition of patients with Class Ⅲ malocclusion. The patients with Class Ⅲ malocclusion and mandible deviation should be treated in the early stage.更多还原
