【摘要】 目的初步探讨髁状突骨折致颞下颌关节慢性创伤性关节炎的一般规律。方法髁状突骨折致慢性创伤性关节炎病例32例。对此组病例的临床、影像学表现等资料进行分析。结果23例(23/32,71.8%)存在开口受限,7例(7/32,21.9%)有单纯关节弹响,2例(2/32,6.3%)为关节单纯疼痛;22例单侧髁状突骨折中5例(5/22,22.7%)对侧关节逐渐发生轻重不等骨关节病。结论髁状突骨折经治疗后遗留的慢性创伤性关节炎,其临床表现为关节运动受限、疼痛、弹响等,且以关节运动受限为主。单侧髁状突骨折病例,其未骨折侧亦可发生损伤性病变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the general clinical features of chronic traumatic arthritis of temporomandibular joint (TMJ). Methods Thirty-two cases with chronic traumatic arthritis induced by condylar fractures were included. The clinical and imaging data of these cases were analyzed. Results Opening limitation was found in 23 cases (71.8%),simple joint noise or pain was found in the other 9 cases(28.2%); osteoarthritic changes of the opposite joint were found in 5 out of the 22 unilateral condylar fracture cases. Conclusion The clinical features of chronic traumatic arthritis of TMJ induced by condylar fracture were mainly opening limitation,joint pain and noise; in the cases of unilateral condylar fracture,both the fracture side and non-fracture side could have joint symptoms.更多还原
