高校教师薪酬激励系统要素研究

【摘要】本文从系统理论入手,结合高校教师自身特点,对当前高校体制改革背景下的教师薪酬激励要素进行分析。具体分析了满意度、公平感、内在薪酬、外在薪酬以及它们之间的相互关系,以期对高校教师薪酬激励实践提供启示和借鉴。更多还原
