一种可在线实现的对象辨识新方法
A new online process identification method
【摘要】 大多数工业生产装置是一种非线性和慢时变的过程,这类过程在实施基于模型的先进控制时,往往在先进控制投运初期运行状况良好,但随着时间的推移,由于模型的时变性和先进控制模型不能及时更新,结果造成先进控制运行效果越来越差,以至最终无法投运。针对这类问题,本文提出了一种可在线更新对象模型的新方法(MP-SEIVI),新方法的仿真结果表明,应用新方法进行对象辨识,效果明显,提高了对象辨识的准确性。该方法的提出为确保先进控制的长期运行提供了一种新思路。
【Abstract】 For nonlinear and slow processes,it is usual to employ advanced control at the start.As the conditions change however the advanced control model can not be updated sufficiently rapidly,and the performance of the model deteriorates and may even cease to be applicable.In order to overcome this problem,a new online process identification method is proposed.This can improve the accuracy of the model and successful simulation results are reported.This method provides a new way to extend the applicable lifetime of the advanced control process.
