【摘要】 知识经济、经济信息化的快速发展,使虚拟经济在我国经济发展中的重要地位更为突出,虚拟企业的运行,需要与其他企业进行“企业运行功能”的交换,对“企业运行功能”属性的研究,可以促进“企业运行功能”交换的顺利实现。在研究过程中,主要运用了定性分析方法,其中也贯穿了实证分析与规范研究的结合。作为商品,企业运行功能具有无形性、不可分离性、差异性、不可贮存性、缺乏所有权等服务产品的属性。但功能是一种特殊的服务产品,还有一些特殊的性质。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of knowledge economy and information economy,virtual economy has become to play more and more important role in the economic development in China.In dummy management,virtual enterprises have to exchange "enterprise operating function" with each other to ensure their operation.Qualitative analysis is applied in this study combined with empirical and normative analysis.As a commodity,"enterprise operating function" is attributed to a service product which is invisible,discrepant,inseparable,lacking ownership and can not be saved.However,operating function is a special product with its special property.更多还原
