高精度的步进电机控制系统设计
Design of the high precision control system for stepping motor
【摘要】 为了使电机的走位更为准确,达到精密控制的目的,设计了一种高精度的步进电机驱动方案。该方案基于MCU(C8051F012)+L297/L298(L6203)的经典架构,使用斩波恒流细分的驱动方法,在实际运行中具有良好的升降速曲线。实际运行表明,步进电机运行稳定,且具有步距角小、转矩恒定、功耗低等优点。
【Abstract】 A high precision control system for stepping motor is introduced in this paper based on the classical structure of MCU(C8051F012)+L297/L298(L6203) by using the driving method of switchmode,constant current and fine technology.A good accelerating and decelerating curve is also achieved.The instrument runs stably in pratical with the merit of little stepping angle,unvaried torque and low power consumption.
