一种新型石英晶体频率微调机测控系统设计
A new measurement and control system for final frequency adjustment machine
【摘要】 针对当前国产微调机测控系统的种种缺陷,设计了一种新型微调机测控系统。该测控系统由高性能单片机和CPLD为核心的系统控制单元、基于π网络零相位测试方法的频率测试单元、USB通信接口和PC机等组成。实验结果表明:系统具有微调范围宽、微调精度高、可靠性高、实时性好等优点。
【Abstract】 A new measurement and control system for final frequency adjustment machine is designed to resolve the disadvantages of systems made in China. The system consists of control unit with advanced MCU and CPLD as core chips,frequency measuring unit based on zero phase technique in π network,USB interface,PC and so on.The result of experiments shows that it has the advantages of wide adjusting range,good accuracy,high reliability,good real-time quality and so on.
