我国农村供水指标体系研究

【摘要】 我国现行的农村饮水水质规定制定于20年前,与当前我国农村发展和水环境条件相比.存在着标准偏低、指标体系不完善等问题.农村供水指标体系是农村供水安全保障体系的基本组成部分.本文将农村供水分为农村饮水安全和小康水平下自来水供水2个阶段,从用水量、供水水质、取水方便程度和水源保证率4个方面进行研究,提出了较为完善的农村供水指标体系,为修订农村供水相关标准提供参考.

【Abstract】 The actual stipulation on rural water quality for drinking established 20 years ago are not suitable to the present rural development and the water surroundings due to the low standard and the imcomplete standard system. The standard system of RWS is essential to the safety of RWS. The paper puts forward the whole standard system of RWS, through dividing the RWS into two stages of rural water-drinking safety and the tap-water supply of the well-off level, which includes four facets such as the amount water used, supplied water quality, convenience of getting water and reliability of water sources. A fairly complete standard system for rural water supply is provided, which could be a reference to drawing standards on rural water supply.
