专家系统在焊接工艺评定中的应用
The Application of Expert System in Welding Process Qualification
【摘要】 为了保证焊接工程的质量,采用专家系统知识对焊接系统进行了构建,主要包括专家系统知识库的组建、专家知识的获取、运用专家系统推理机制及其实现方法,对于实现焊接计算机辅助工艺设计的智能化具有一定的理论意义和实际应用价值．
【Abstract】 In order to ensure the quality of welding projects, this welding system is constructed by introducing ES knowledge, application of which includes construction of an ES repository, acquisition of expert knowledge, application of reasoning mechanism and realization method of Welding Process Qualification of ES. Welding Process Qualification System has both theoretical and practicalvalue for intelligence of welding CAPP design.
