汽车智能数字仪表的开发

【摘要】 针对汽车组合仪表存在的问题,本文基于Windows CE和嵌入式系统为JEEP2500汽车开发了数字仪表.该智能数字仪表由高性能单片机和触摸屏取代原有的模拟仪表,显示所有汽车运行参数并具有故障报警功能,嵌入之中的黑匣子纪录的数据给交通事故处理提供证据.该仪表除具有原仪表的所有功能外,还能显示汽车运行状态参数的变化曲线,给出车辆3滤更换时间、保养维修提示及行驶状态记录等.初步装车试验表明,该系统达到初步设计要求,为进一步的产品开发奠定了基础.

【Abstract】 For the problems existing in the analogous combined automotive instruments, the intelligent digital instruments were developed for Beijing Jeep 2500 Sport Utility Vehicle based on Windows CE and the embedded system. The digital instruments consisted of high performance single chips and contact screen, and could display all vehicle operating parameters with alarm function. The embedded black box could provide the log data as the evidence for dealing with the traffic accidents. Besides keeping all the functions of the original instruments, the digital instruments can display the vehicle operating parameters, three filters replacement intervals, service and maintenance hints and driving log etc. The preliminary vehicle tests show that the system reaches the primary design specifications, and lay foundation for further development.
