【Abstract】 Against to current situation that it is hard to get the data source of VML form, by using the VML render provided by Internet Explorer(IE) and combining with the technology of JavaScript and DOM, this paper have realized the software successfully which can draw and edit the vector visually by markup language form on the IE5.0 or its above. The software has the basic functions of the general GIS drawing software. Due to its realization, the geographic data can be drawn and pudlished in time and dynamically on internet.更多还原
