【摘要】 目的观察自拟温中化异汤治疗萎缩性胃炎脾虚证的疗效。方法80例CAG脾虚证的患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例给予温中化异汤基本方为主随证加味,对照组40例给予胃复春片治疗,对CAG脾虚证患者的临床主要症状、体征和纤维胃镜、病理切片及活检进行对照观察。结果2组对消除临床症状和改善纤维胃镜、病理切片活检结果均有显著疗效,治疗组总有效率达87·5%(P<0·05),对照组总有效率72·5%(P<0·05),2组疗效评估,P<0·05,具有显著性差异。结论温中化异汤治疗CAG脾虚证,切合胃黏膜损伤的病理和本虚标实的病机特点,并与脾胃的生理机能、特性相适宜,具有显著提高疗效的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observe the therapeutic effect of Wenzhong Huayi Tang on spleen deficiency of atrophic gastritis(CAG). Method Randomly divide 80 patients of spleen deficiency of CAG into 2 groups, the treatment group 40 cases were administered with revised Wenzhong Huayi Tang, the control one Fuweichun tablets; make comparative observation to the main symptoms, signs, pathological section and biopsy. Result There’s marked good effect on 2 groups in removing clinical symptoms, improving the results under fibre gastric-microscope, pathological section and biopsy, the treatment group had total effective rate 87.5%(P<0.05 ),the control 72.5%(P<0.05),the curative effect evaluation on the 2 groups: P<0.05,there’s marked difference. Conclusion To treat spleen deficiency of CAG with Wenzhong Huayi Tang can obviously improve curative effect, which not only accords with the characteristics of chronic inflammation injury of gastric mucosa pathology and the mechanism of fundamental deficiency and incidental excessiveness, but fits to the physiological function and features of spleen and stomach.更多还原
