【摘要】 [目的]探讨贯叶连翘提取物对实验动物循环系统和小肠平滑肌药理作用。[方法]通过离体蛙心灌流、家兔动脉血压测定的实验,观察研究了贯叶连翘提取物对循环系统的作用。[结果]该提取物有明显降低血压、减缓心率的作用,其降压作用和乙酰胆碱的降压现象具有类似性。通过家兔离体小肠实验,观察到贯叶连翘提取物导致离体小肠平滑的收缩力下降。[结论]中草药贯叶连翘提取物对循环系统和消化系统有一定的副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveExplore the pharmaceutical action of extracted hypericum perforatum L on circulatory system and intestinal muscle of experimental animals. MethodBy determining toad’s heart in vitro and rabbit’s arterial blood pressure, observe and study the action of hypericum perforatum L extract on circulatory system. ResultThe said extract has obvious function in lowering blood pressure and heart rate, the pressure-lowering is similar with that of acetylcholine. From rabbit’s in vitro intestine test, the extract causes decreased contractility of the intestine smooth muscle.ConclusionChinese medicinal herb, the extract of hypericum perforatum L has definite side effect on circulatory system and digestive system.更多还原
