【摘要】 [目的]研究肾炎灵对肾脏5/6切除所致慢性肾功能衰竭模型大鼠的影响。[方法]选取120只大鼠,按随机原则分为6组:正常组、模型组、肾炎灵低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组、阳性对照组。除正常对照组(假手术组)20只外,其余大鼠采用肾脏5/6切除的方法造模,导致慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)。分别灌胃给药,并检测尿蛋白、尿量等指标。[结果]3个剂量的肾炎灵均可明显降低慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠的尿蛋白含量,高剂量组作用更显著。[结论]肾炎灵可以减轻5/6肾切除大鼠肾脏病理损害,改善肾功能,降低尿蛋白含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo Study the mechanism of Shenyaling for delaying CRF development on the rat in the experiment.Method120 SD rats were divided into six groups at random:negative group,model group,Shenyanling low dose group,medium dose group,high dose group and positive group.Except negative group,the rest rats were molded with chronic renal failure by cutting their 5/6 kidney.Then,each group was fed with different medicines and detected the related indexs.ResultsAll dose groups can reduce the contents of urinary protein dramatically,especially the high dose group.ConclusionThe mechanism of delaying rats chronic renal failure whose 5/6 kidney was cut in the experiment with Shenyanling is achieved by reducing contents of urinary protein and relieving the renal pathologic change.更多还原
