【摘要】 [目的]探讨中西医结合治疗退行性膝关节病的疗效。[方法]采用手术先将病灶进行清理后,用带膝上外动脉为血管蒂的股前外侧筋膜瓣包绕修复缺损的关节面。术后依急性伤筋三期辨证原理进行治疗。[结果]优7例,良4例,可2例,优良率84·62%。[结论]手术加辨证治疗本病具有创伤小、取材方便、并发症少、费用低、远期效果好等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo Study the curative results of degenerative arthropathy of knee treated by transfer of vascularized fascial flaps of anterolateral femoral.MethodsAll cases were planed and covered with vascularized fascial flaps of anterolateral femoral.Assess function with the relief of pain recovery of action and function of the knee. ResultsThe excellent and good rate is 84.62 percent.ConclusionThis surgical method is easy to operate, with less damage to normal joint structure,less complication and cost,but good long term outcome.更多还原
