【摘要】 农户作为市场主体参与竞争,越来越受小规模、分散化生产所形成的较低的组织化程度的严重制约。农民合作经济组织是发达国家农业家庭经济市场化不可替代的组织载体和有效推动器。发展农村合作经济组织,提高农户组织化程度已成为提高我国农业和农产品竞争力的必然选择。应借鉴国外合作经济组织运作经验,坚持自愿原则、进行制度创新、加强政策扶持、探索发展模式、制定法律规范,逐步引导我国农村合作经济组织走上规模化和规范化轨道。更多还原

【Abstract】 The peasant household,participating in competition as a primary sect of the market,has been severely restricted by the low-level organization due to the small-scaled and scattered production.The peasant cooperative economic organization is an irreplaceable organizational carrier and effective engine in the marketization of agricultural household economy in developed countries.The development of the rural cooperative economic organization and the improvement in the organization of the peasant household have become an inevitable choice to improve the power of competition of the agriculture and agricultural products in our country.We should draw lessons of the operational experience of cooperative economic organizations from other countries for reference,stick to voluntary principle,make systematic innovations,strengthen the support of policies,explore developmental modes,and formulate laws and regulations so as to progressively lead the rural cooperative economic organization of our country to step into the track of wide scale and standardization.更多还原
