红外轴温探头自动测试与特性分析研究
Analysis & Research on Infrared Sensor Auto Test
【摘要】 在进行红外光敏传感器的非线性特性测试时,由于外部因素对此传感器的影响很大,当温度极高或极低时,是无法用人手动操作完成的,当时间持续时间过长或间隔过短时,都需要有自动测试系统的支持。当传感器进行大规模生产时,由于器件的离散性,我们需要对每一个传感器进行测试、制表,所以必须建立一套高效的自动测试系统。
【Abstract】 When testing the nonlinearity of infrared sensor,due to the influence of the exterior factor,it’s impossible to conduct manually when its temperature is too high or too low.In addition,when the process of testing lasts too long or too short,auto test system is required.When the sensor are manufactured on large scale,because of nonlinearity of parts of the apparatus,we need to test each sensor and made the telegrams,therefore,it is necessary to establish a highly effective auto test system.
