汽车检测线故障诊断专家系统的知识获取与存储
Knowledge Acquisition and Storage of Fault Diagnosis Expert System in Vehicle Inspection System
【摘要】 汽车检测线为二级分布控制,下级以3台工控机构成3个检测区。故障诊断专家系统的知识获取采用半自动方式,包括系统、线路、部件、底层等故障。知识表示使用产生式规则。并用故障树表示故障原因及其故障传播逻辑关系,从故障树的顶事件至底事件形成故障分析支路,在知识库中以链表的结构进行存储。
【Abstract】 Vehicle Inspection System is divided into two stage of distributed control, low stage is composed of 3 pieces of detection area with 3pieces of industrial computer. The semi automatic mode was applied for knowledge storage of fault diagnosis expert system, and it consists of faults such as system, circuits, components and bottom layer. The production rule was used for knowledge representation. The source of trouble and logical relationship of fault propagation was represented by fault tree from top event to bottom event to form fault analysis branch, and in knowledge base, they were stored with linked list structure.
