【摘要】 以看家基因、方差分析及Pearson相关距离结合的数据预处理基因表达方法,运用统计学对看家基因范围做出置信区间并衡量看家基因值,使作为参照物的看家基因更精确。方差分析用以解决实验前后基因表达数据的不一致,去掉误差数据。再利用看家基因调整余下的基因表达数据,从而保证待分析的基因表达数据的正确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Combined with housekeeping gene, variance analysis, and person relative distance, the statistics was adopted by data pretreatment gene expression method to make belief interval and measure housekeeping gene value; then, the reference housekeeping gene was more precisely. The variance analysis was adopted to solve the gene expression data difference before and after examination; and the error data was cut off. Then, the housekeeping gene was used to adjust the rest gene expression data in order to keep the correct rate of pre-analysis gene expression data.更多还原
