调整SMS矫直机矫直工艺 降低钢轨残余应力
Adjust Straightening Technology of the SMS Straightener to Reduce Residual Stress of the Rails
【摘要】 文章论述了新进德国SMS矫直机矫直工艺的试验过程,从而找出了一组最佳的方案,其目的是在保证钢轨平直度的前提下,调整矫直机的压下量,优化矫直工艺,最终使钢轨内部的残余应力值低标准水平。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the test procedure of straightening technology of new SMS straightener made in Germany.Adjusting the press-down quantity of the straightener and optimising the straightening technology reduce the residual stress inside the rails to low level on the condition to ensure the straightening level to the rails.
