【摘要】 炼钢厂与鞍山热能院一起开发研制了80 t顶底复吹转炉高效化冶炼用新型Φ245 mm五孔氧枪。通过近一年的设计和工业试验,基本解决了转炉高效化冶炼用新型氧枪的设计及应用问题,制订了比较完善的氧枪操作制度。使得转炉高效化冶炼用新型氧枪逐步纳入包钢炼钢厂生产工艺流程并取得了良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new pattern efficient five-hole oxygen lance which diameter is 245 mm,used in 80 t double-blowing converter is developed by the Steel-making Plant of Baotou Steel Corp.and Anshan Thermal Energy Institution.By designs and industrial tests in a year,it is proved that the oxygen lance has high-efficiency smelting power.The operating rules of the oxygen lance has been drafted systemically.The new-type oxygen lance has been adopted into production process and has got a good result.更多还原
