采用钒微合金化提高40MnBH钢的淬透性
Vanadium Microalloying Improves the Hardenability of 40 MnBH Steel
【摘要】 分析了包钢首批40MnBH钢端淬试验结果不合的原因,通过试验,采用钒微合金化提高了40MnBH钢的淬透性,并提出了对相关标准的修订意见和生产该钢种应注意的问题。
【Abstract】 This paper examines the reason for the first 40MnBH rails of Baotou Steel(Group) Corporation to fail the end quench test.In experiments,vanadium microalloying was employed to improve the hardenability of 40 MnBH steel.It also brings forward recommendations to revise relevant standards and aspects requiring attention during production of this type of steel.
