高性能电压模求小电路
High-Performance Voltage-Mode Minimum Circuits
【摘要】 提出了一种多输入电压模CMOS求小/求大电路结构,它具有内部节点电压摆幅小,高速高精度以及结构简单等优点。电路复杂性随输入节点数的增多呈线性增长,且对于每个输入信号都具有相同的负载,即每一路的信号延迟都一样。采用CSMC0.6μm数模混合工艺对该结构进行了仿真及芯片流水,实测结果验证了性能。
【Abstract】 A new multiple-input voltage-mode CMOS min/max circuit structure is proposed, which has small voltage swing at the internal nodes, high speed, high precision, and simple architecture. The circuit exhibits a linear complexity with the number of inputs, and each circuit input represents the same load to any input signal, so the same input-output delay obtained from every circuit input. The simulation and measurement results with CSMC 0.6μm mixed-signal technology validate the high performance of the circuit.
